GRANDPARENTS' DAY. Parkview Christian Academy hosted its annual Grandparents Day event in February. With preschoolers through high schoolers inviting grandparents to attend, the gym was packed with 230 people for the program and brunch. The day started with grandparents visiting the classrooms of their grandchildren and participating in various activities: the younger grades did a project together, the middle school took a Bible Quiz, and the 5th graders hosted an "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?" competition. The students and grandparents then moved to the school gymnasium for a brief program that included drama, some singing, and a great time eating brunch together.
