Dr. Dobson once commented that the greatest influence on his life was not his parents but his grandmother. We recognize that one of Parkview’s greatest resources is found in the grandparents of our students. To honor our Parkview grandparents, we have an annual Grandparents Day, where they are invited to attend their grandchild’s classroom for part of the morning, then accompany them into the gymnasium for a brunch and small program featuring some of the students. We also provide each grandparent with a photograph of them with their grandchild.

We want our grandparents to feel a part of our school community and would like to extend a warm invitation to attend our various school events. You are always welcome! We also have a weekly chapel service and parent prayer meeting that we would love for you to be a part of. You are still a very big influence on these young lives, so we want to thank you and honor you for that vital role you play.
