Fine Arts

Parkview Christian Academy offers an opportunity for your child to participate in various Fine Arts activities. Students in all grades will be able to participate in music, art and drama.

We believe that the Triune God is the divine Artist and we are created in His image. Therefore, we are called to create. In Exodus 31, we learn that God called two men to be artists for His own glory: God filled Bezalel and Oholiab “with skill, ability and in knowledge in all kinds of crafts” (Exodus 31:3).

Art. Art class is held every Friday. Our goal is to encourage creativity and develop the student’s artistic abilities.

Drama. Drama is a weekly elective that prepares students to develop their God-given abilities and to minister through art of acting. Students of the drama club (known as the Parkview Players) have opportunities to exercise what they learn during chapel services and school-wide programs such as “Taste of Africa…,” the Christmas Program, and the school play.

Our Drama Club (the Parkview Players) meets weekly to give junior high students an opportunity to develop their acting talents, striving to entertain and communicate the Gospel on stage.

Another arm of our Fine Arts Drama Department is our junior high play. This year's play will be performed in the spring. Information will be available closer to that time.

Worship Team.
We now have a junior high and high school worship team that participates in our weekly chapel services.
