Athletics

The Parkview Athletics program exists to glorify God through excellence in our ability and a demonstration of Christ-like character. Last year saw the introduction of an organized Parkview sports team, the Lady Falcons Girls Basketball team. This year, a boys team was started by Coach Don Davidson, Aurora Christian's Athletic Director and former coach of 30 years. We continue to offer Fall and Spring instructional after-school intramural sports program for grades 2-8.

The Parkview Christian Academy Falcons boys basketball team ended their inaugural season with a 22-19 victory over the 5th and 6th graders from Crossroads HomeSchool. This game marked the team's first victory and was the first game played on the school's new backboards and with the school's original scoreboard in full operation. The Parkview team was made up of 10 boys ranging from grades 3-8. The Parkview Falcons were coached by Mr. Don Davidson, who was also responsible for getting the new fiberglass backboards for the historic Parkview gymnasium.
