 Ms. Cosmano back
Hello! My name is Carla Cosmano. I am now a second-year teacher and have been excited to start putting into practice all that I have learned during my four years of college. I graduated from Elmhurst College where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with an area of concentration in literacy. I have the Reading Teacher minor and hold an endorsement in both Language Arts and Middle School. My student teaching was in second grade and the limitations to share the gospel while teaching there make me appreciate the opportunity to share Jesus freely here at Parkview. What a privilege! I attend Calvary Church where I lead a group of junior high students and go on annual mission trips and events. In my free time I enjoy scrapbooking, hiking with my dogs, and in the colder months, sitting at Caribou with a good book. Some of my favorite authors include A.W. Tozer, Hannah Whitall Smith, and Andrew Murray. “Teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus.” Colossians 1:28!
